Lightblue Hare is a modern Folk Duo, sharing their passion for music. Celebrating their favourite folk songs and tunes from Ireland, Scotland and England and also self composed tradiotional inspired tunes.

Their fine arrangements for their “main instruments” Fiddle (Carina Finze) und Flute (Stefanie Gärtner) are enriched by sparkling Songs and Akkordeon, Bodhran and also the Indian Shruti Box to create unique sounds.

Lightblue Hare’s music reflects the colour of the Band name – light and fresh but also a bit gloomy an blue sometimes – but always presented joyful and musically appealing.
